Over the past 16 years, I have helped transition our Indianapolis roots into a dedicated multi-state operation, now serving approximately 10,000 policyholders across 13 states with offices in Indianapolis, Cincinnati, and Philadelphia.
My approach is built on the power of independence. I believe insurance should be personal. My mission is to ensure that as we grow, we never lose sight of the individual relationships that have been our foundation for decades.

Based in our Cincinnati office, I work with individuals and businesses across 13 states to navigate the complexities of insurance. Because we are an independent agency, my priority is always the client—not the insurance company.
My approach is grounded in finance and analytics. After earning my BSBA from Xavier University and working as a Financial Analyst at Anthem, I gained a strong appreciation for risk management. However, what drew me to this profession was the chance to build lasting relationships and real advocacy.

My approach is backed by over a decade of experience building a career from the ground up. I focus on our Indianapolis office and specialize in commercial insurance. I approach every account as if it were my own business, helping clients understand exactly what they're insuring and why.
My approach comes from over two decades in the industry. After studying Business Management at Bluffton University, I joined Steffey in 2003 as an office manager, then moved from service into commercial sales giving me a well-rounded view of the entire insurance lifecycle. Coming from a family of factory workers, I know firsthand what real protection means.
I believe good insurance is about keeping things simple and being a client-focused partner you can trust. My goal is to provide every client with the expert advocacy and personal attention that has defined my career at Steffey Insurance since I first joined the team.
